Reception

 
The hotel reception desk is open 24 hours per day.
 
You will find the main reception on the right hand side of the main lobby. There are 8 stations, 1 of which is dedicated to our Hilton HHonors members. Within the main lobby area there is also a satellite desk with 2 additional check in / out stations which will be in operation when business requires.
 
The Front Desk provides many services:
- Foreign currency exchange into £GBP
- Car parking charges
- 24 hour access to LivingWell Health Club
- Dinner reservations for any of the hotel restaurants
- Wake-up calls
- Any general enquiries

Guest Relations Manager

 
A division of the Front of House Team, Guest Relations Managers are on duty daily between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00.
 
They are available to assist and ensure guests are having a comfortable and pleasant stay. Responsible for looking after all VIP guests - allocating specific rooms pre-arrival and informing relevant departments. A pre-check of VIP bedrooms prior to their arrival is conducted and amenities provided as well as welcome letters.
 
A Guest Relations Manager welcomes all VIPs and escorts them to their room.
 
They are on hand to listen and act upon all feedback given by guests.

Situated above the check in stations there are 6 monitor screens. To personalise the check in experience for your delegates, ask your Event Planner to place your logo over the check in desks. Prices start from £30.00+ VAT.
