The Concierge desk is located on the left hand side of the lobby as you come through the main entrance.
There are 2 stations which can be used simultaneously to eliminate large queues.
A luggage storage facility is available and the team can offer assistance to any questions & queries guests may have. They deliver & assist with luggage to and from bedrooms/cars, offer advice on internal and local information, organise dinner reservations within the hotel, as well as arrange external dinner reservations.
The Concierge team are also able assist with wake up calls, taking reservations for our courtesy bus to the Birmingham International Rail station, and book taxi reservations.
Behind the Concierge desk there are 2 electronic screens, one which displays the events of the Hotel and the other with up to date traffic map of the Birmingham & surrounding areas.
