Newly opened in June 2017, our Purity bar is the perfect place to relax after a long day and get a freshly poured out of the keg, cold, craft beer.
On property we sell four types of Purity brewing company beer:
- Bunny Hop
- Pure Gold
- Mad Goose
- Pure UBU
Brewed in Warwickshire, this local craft beer is a wonderful addition to the hotel.
Corona Terrace Bar
Enjoy the summer at our recently opened Corona Terrace Bar overlooking Pendigo Lake. Relax in the sun or in the shade and choose from a selection of classic drinks with a Corona twist. We also offer an array of seasonal summer bites.

Recently refurbished, The Lounge bar is open 24 hours, 7 days a week and is located off the main lobby.
We have an extensive range of wines, beers and spirits. The Lounge bar seats 250 guests, has
complimentary WIFI and serves an extensive menu. The Lounge shows live sporting events and
news on two large plasma screens. The Lounge also serves Piacetto Espresso coffee to drink in or take away.

Millers Restaurant & Bar
Millers Bar and Restaurant is available for drinks and dinner from 6pm most days.
Millers may be reserved for Private drinks reception or private functions and seats 100 people.
Miller’s bar has its own 5 metre bar and shows sporting events and live news.
Mobile Bar Facility
This bar has two taps and is suitable for an additional service point to relieve pressure from The Lounge Bar on busy pre / post dinners. It is used at the discretion of the hotel based on event numbers. If you would like to request the guaranteed use of
this additional bar, this would be subject to a staffing charge.
It is currently branded with the Hilton Birmingham Metropole logo. This is removable and can be branded with any company logo.
The cost of a similar graphic is from £140.00 + VAT including proofs and delivery to the hotel.

Conference & Banqueting Bars
Conference and Events Operations will build a bar to your specification within your event space.
These bars are built in five foot panel lit sections. Bespoke bars can be brought in to suit the theme of an event and the Events team will work with external contractors to ensure services such as power, draught beer etc are made available to these bars.
Please discuss with your Event Planner the location of bars within your function space as this may be limited.
A Minimum spend of £500 is applicable to event bars.
Ideal for team building or post meeting drinks. 40 minute masterclass hosted by our very own in-house mixologist. The Cocktail Masterclass package includes 2 drinks per person. The first provided by our mixologist, the second attendees learn to mix themselves.

Self Pouring Bar
Add some theatre to your event with our self pouring bars. These are ideal for account bars, allowing guests to learn to pour the perfect pint. The bars can even be branded with your logo and promotional video.
The measurements of the bar front are 33 inches high x 69.5 inches wide.
Video should be provided in the format of 1024x768 MP4.
Credit limits can be added to your delegate's room keys and the keys can even be branded.
Keys take a minimum of 4 weeks to produce:
200 - 499 cards @ £1.20 each + VAT
500 - 999 cards @ £1.00 each + VAT
1000 - 1999 cards @ £0.85 each + VAT
2000 + cards @ £0.75 each + VAT
Prices for key cards include branding. Size of the cards are 8.3cm x 5.3cm
Alternatively, wristbands can be provided with your logo from £1.40 per band. Wristbands measure 200mm x 25mm. They are fully waterproof and need to be snapped or cut off.

The Bubbly Girls
A new fun and funky way of serving your champagne or cocktails for that exclusive event of occasion. There are a range of stunning costumes to choose from with an array of colours and styles. Serving drinks or desserts from their skirt, this is a truly unique concept which your guests will not forget in a hurry.
