Deliveries are accepted at the hotel by the hotel security department.
The security office is open:
Monday to Friday 06:00 to 16:00
Saturday and Sunday 06:00 to 13:00
Please note that boxes will not be accepted prior to 24 hours before the start of your event. The hotel does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any materials accepted/stored by the hotel.
The hotel does not have the facility to accept deliveries by pallet.
Please advise your Event Planner of all deliveries and ensure that the attached label is completed for each item.
