It is the policy of Hilton Worldwide to make every effort to return any found property to its rightful owner. All found property in the hotel will be recorded, stored, and disposed of, whether it is found in a guestroom, public space, or any other area of your hotel. We will make every attempt to determine the legitimate owner and return the found property. If the owner cannot be determined within 2 months, the found property will be disposed of.
This policy does not apply to minor items found on the property such as a toothbrush, ladies hosiery, cigarettes, etc.
Food and beverage items are stored for 24 hours only.
Please note that items of value are kept for between 3 and 6 months.
Our lost property enquiry line 00 44 121 780 6306 is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm, after this calls can be taken but unfortunately will not be dealt with until the following day. Collections can be pre-arranged outside of the above hours. Items can be returned by postal service which is charged by weight with a £3.00 handling charge to cover packaging and administration. Larger items can be wrapped for collection by a self appointed courier.
