All contractors are required to sign in at the Security Office and wear the appropriate badges at all times.Production crew arrival times are required to be advised in detail with your Event Planner prior to arrival. It is important to adhere to these designated times arrival as to not hinder the operation of other events and the hotel operation.
The Monarch Suite and Kings Suite has ceiling high access which enables trailer entry.
The Palace Suite is accessible via the rear hotel goods inwards bay or via the Kings Suite itself.
The hotel will require a schedule for loading into large event rooms and your Event Planner can discuss the management of the delivery road.
There is limited parking for large trailer or vehicles onsite please discuss alternative parking arrangements with your Event Planner.
All rubbish and waste must be taken away by the event crew and charges will be raised if the hotel for disposal of any items left on site
Skips are available to hire from £200 per day.
