Banquet Menu Selection

We request that banquet menus, room arrangements, and other details pertinent to your convention be submitted to your Event Planner 14 days prior to your conference date.  We are happy to custom design menu proposals for your group and assist in selecting the proper menu items and program arrangements to ensure a successful event.
Specialty and theme parties may be designed to meet your particular needs.  Special meal requests can be accommodated.  Please advise your Event Planner in advance with any special dietary requirements.

Banquet Standards

We recommend to allow 1.5 hours for a three course meal service to ensure your guests have ample time to enjoy their meal. Discuss any planned breaks during service with your Event Planner such as awards, party games and speeches, where they can suggest where best to fit this around your chosen menu and ensure a smooth service for you.
Our lay out of banquet table includes a flat fold napkin, two wine glasses per person and a water tumbler. We pre set our coffee cups to ensure a speed of service for you, if you wish to have these placed down after the meal our operations team are more than happy to do so, please request this with your Event Planner.
